Science Habitat Glogsters
The students have been working hard researching habitats to put on a Glogster webpage. They are complete, and ready to be shared! You can check them out at home by going to our kid blog website, http://kidblog.org/MsBudzsClass/ . You can tell which one is yours by looking at the initials of the student who posted the message.
Students enjoyed using technology to share what they learned. We will get together in the new year to go over how they did and how they can improve for next term by marking the Glogs together.

An important note - there was an announcement made today that if classes are cancelled tomorrow due to the odor in the school then the Harvest Showdown will also be cancelled.

Halloween Party
The students are very excited for Monday! This week the students should have brought home a note with a list of assigned items for each student to bring to school for 1 P.M. on Monday. We will enjoy these snacks after our Halloween Parade around the school at 1:15 P.M., which everyone is welcome to attend. The majority of the class voted on watching a movie in the afternoon. It should be a great day - full of monster decorations made by our very own class! Check back for pictures of the event on our blog!

Spelling
The spelling page has been updated with the new words students got yesterday. There has been a change to the way things will go for the rest of the year. Students will be tested on their list every two weeks (rather than every week). This way we can allow for more time to work with the words during the two week period. There will also be a larger test once a month, to review words from the entire year.
